1/8" PVC letters for Posie costume.
Posie's name appears on the front of his body. Made from 1/8" PVC plastic, 2 1/4" letters were made by first exporting a drawing of the letters into a format that is understandable by a computer-controlled milling machine. The file was then loaded into the machine which cut the letters out from a piece of stock material. Some minor cleanup of the letters was needed.
20 mil x 8" Lexan used for Posie's visor.
Posie's visor is made from a durable 0.020" Lexan plastic from NW Laminating Company. A green tint was chosen to keep in theme with the book illustrations.

here is radio-controlled so that his heart can blink on demand. The panel is made
from a variety of materials including 1/16" clear lexan, tinted Milar and automobile
pin striping.
