If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please notify us immediately. If you are dissatisfied with any item received from Tim Vittetoe Originals, you may  return the item within 15 days for a prompt refund, or if you prefer, exchange.  Our liability for a defective item will not exceed its replacement cost to us.

Due to the nature of cosmetics and cosmetic products, we cannot guarantee the sanitary nature of any item once it has left our premises. Therefore, only unopened cosmetics and cosmetic products can be returned for a refund or exchange.
