"Posie" the Robot
We were selected to construct a costume of "Posie," a robot and main character in the book "Millennium Mischief," a story written by The Young Entreprenuers Society, a group of business people ranging in age from 6 to 13 years. The Posie costume was used to promote the book and their story.
The book, illustrated by Raul Rodriguez, the famed Pasadena float designer, is the story of how a misadventure in the future almost changed the Millennium Rose Parade.

Nomadic Raider
Tusken Raiders are also known as Sand People in Return of the Jedi. The nomadic Raiders wear strips of cloth, swaths, and bandages covering their bodies, protecting themselves from the rays of Tatooine's double suns. The head piece for this costume (private collection) is crafted of leather, plastic, foam, wood and hardened clay.
